Hope Haven Had an Eventful May – St. John's Church, in Savannah

Days Filled with Purposeful Activity: Hope Haven members enjoyed a fun-filled May with special moments like a Memorial Day ceremony with local Marines, a performance by SCAD’s Bee Sharps, a Cinco de Mayo celebration, a parachute party with pre-school students, and more. “Every step, every activity is thoughtfully planned for enjoyment,” shared a volunteer.

Summer Volunteers Needed: As summer begins, many volunteers are traveling, so we need you! If you’ve volunteered in the past, please consider signing up for June shifts online or contacting Karen Wray.

Caregiver Support Group: Also, share with others who may be interested that Hope Haven hosts a free Caregiver Corner support group on the third Tuesday of the month at 10:45 a.m. in Cranmer Hall. The next support group is scheduled for June 16 and is open to all caregivers of individuals with dementia; simply attend.
