The Men of St. John’s Church unite the gentlemen of the church in a program of worship, study, service, and fellowship in order to deepen and strengthen their spiritual lives and enhance the service for the church and the parish, the community, the diocese, the nation, and the world. All male members of the church are considered to be members of the Men’s Club.
Two major fellowship and fundraising events are held each year, a very popular oyster roast held in January of the year. The men of the church also provide lay readers for morning and evening prayer, sponsor several events including evensongs, parish picnics, parish suppers, as well as providing ushers throughout the year.
An opportunity exists for men of all ages to participate and support the parish. Please contact the office to be connected with a member of the men’s club. We have a place for you!
